By booking a tour with Indigo Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Full payment (or a specified deposit) is required to secure your place on the tour.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is received and your place is confirmed.


2. Minimum Numbers & Tour Cancellation
  • All tours are subject to a minimum number of participants (this varies by tour).

  • If the minimum number is not met, Indigo Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour no later than 6 weeks before the scheduled departure date.

  • If we cancel the tour due to low numbers, you will be offered:

    • A full refund of all monies paid, or

    • An alternative tour or departure date


3. Customer Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking by notifying us in writing. Refunds will be processed as follows:

More than 6 weeks 100% refund
Less than 6 weeks No refund
  • We recommend that you take out travel insurance that covers cancellation in case you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Travel Insurance
  • All participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering health, personal injury, cancellations, and personal belongings.

  • Indigo Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to your failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.


5. Tour Modifications
  • Indigo Travel reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodation, transportation, or other aspects of the tour due to operational needs or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, closures).

  • Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible and will be of equal or greater value where possible.


6. Health, Safety & Responsibility
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and medically able to participate in the tour.

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.


7. Liability
  • Indigo Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, political events, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the tour paid by you.


8. Passport, Visas & Entry Requirements
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas.

  • Indigo Travel will not be held liable for any costs or losses incurred due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.


9. Conduct
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant from a tour if their behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or dangerous to themselves or others.

  • In such cases, no refund will be provided.


10. Use of Media
  • Indigo Travel may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform your guide or contact us in advance.


11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
